Payment

Registration fees should be paid in advance by bank transfer. The participants will receive confirmation of registration and a receipt of payment.

On-site Registration and Payment

On-site registration can be paid in cash (in euro).
The reception and information desk will be open on  8th September (Monday) in the hotels from 5.00 until 7.00 pm. and on 9th September (Tuesday) from 9.00 until 10.00 am. in The  House of Science and Technology – Plovdiv.

Cancellation

Written cancellations received before 1 August2008 are eligible for a 80% refund.
